“We’re so lucky to live in a city like Denver, because our neighborhoods center around small town business blocks. Those small local boutique stores give the neighborhoods character and are always worth starting your search in,” says Kim Kouba, Realtor at Perry & Co. “I love that the ladies at Talulah Jones on 17th and Kismet in the Highlands, know that my sister-in-law loves pink, and that sometimes I need a little gift too!”

At Perry & Co. we have a lot to be thankful for this year… Thankful most of all for our 40 years in real estate and all the great Employees, Realtors & Clients who’ve been with us through the years.

“There is no way to describe our level of appreciation to Eric Grauberger for his hard work on our behalf. He is absolutely the most professional person we have ever worked with. This was a difficult and emotional move for us. We were very much out of our comfort zone. Eric understood our unique situation and smoothed over all the rough edges. We were always assured that our needs were a top priority for him. Phone calls and emails were returned immediately. All questions were answered. I don’t know how we would have been able to move out of our family home without his continued guidance.”

“Carla was a dream to work with. She was patient when I really needed patience, and she never pressured me, but she was always available when I was ready to move forward and encouraging when I was engaged. She understood my needs and wants in a home pretty much immediately, and I am so happy to have worked with her. I hope my connection with Carla continues and develops into a friendship…”

“When we finally got an offer, you handled all the details so I didn’t worry about anything. You gave me the options and your opinions when I asked but you did not push me into anything and supported the decisions I made. It made for an easy closing. Throughout the entire process, from listing to final sale, you were always available and so positive.”

Mesothelioma itself has a very long latency period with symptoms arising anywhere from 20 to 50 years after exposure. In most patients, this leads to a late diagnosis when the disease is already in an advanced stage of development. On average, the mesothelioma life expectancy of a patient is not as positive as one would hope, ranging between four and eighteen months following diagnosis.

These programs are no longer known as farmer’s loans. Since the expansion of the program, over 50 million Americans live in areas that are considered rural by the USDA.
