Those small local boutique stores give the neighborhoods character and are always worth starting your search in,” says Kim Kouba, Realtor at Perry & Co. “I love that the ladies at Talulah Jones on 17th and Kismet in the Highlands, know that my sister-in-law loves pink, and that sometimes I need a little gift too!”

“There is no way to describe our level of appreciation to Eric Grauberger for his hard work on our behalf. He is absolutely the most professional person we have ever worked with. This was a difficult and emotional move for us. We were very much out of our comfort zone. Eric understood our unique situation and smoothed over all the rough edges. We were always assured that our needs were a top priority for him. Phone calls and emails were returned immediately. All questions were answered. I don’t know how we would have been able to move out of our family home without his continued guidance.”

She understood my needs and wants in a home pretty much immediately, and I am so happy to have worked with her. I hope my connection with Carla continues and develops into a friendship…”

His strong repeat and referral business has kept him busy for four decades, and he’s sanguine about today’s market – because he’s seen it all!

“When we finally got an offer, you handled all the details so I didn’t worry about anything. You gave me the options and your opinions when I asked but you did not push me into anything and supported the decisions I made. It made for an easy closing. Throughout the entire process, from listing to final sale, you were always available and so positive.”
