Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals of Denver, Colorado welcomes former Director of the Colorado Division of Real Estate Erin Toll to our Cherry Creek North office as a Broker Associate.

Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals announced today that Erin Toll, aka Erin Toll Glover, formerly Director of the Colorado Division of Real Estate, has joined the company as a Broker Associate (effective 6/9/10).

Since 2006, Erin Toll has headed up the state’s real estate regulatory arm and in addition to overseeing investigations, licensing and discipline of all areas of real estate, she gained national and local recognition for her advocacy work and implementation of loan originator and conservation easement programs.

Prior to her work at the Colorado Division of Real Estate, Toll worked as the Deputy Commissioner of the Colorado Division of Insurance where she was recognized nationally for her crackdown on title insurance scams involving captive title reinsurance. She testified before the U.S. Congress regarding real estate transactions. She also represented this division in all its legal matters as their Assistant Attorney General. Her background as a lawyer has served her as a lobbyist and strategist for small businesses. Her knowledge of real estate law and her experience working with a variety of businesses involved with real estate transactions makes the step into real estate sales a natural next move. “I’ve loved the real estate business working on the regulatory and advocacy side. It’s always been a dream of mine to put those skills to work helping clients buy and sell properties,” said Toll.

Recognized as one of Colorado six most ethical people by Ethics Watch in 2009, Erin Toll Glover also was runner-up for business person of the year in 2008 by the Rocky Mountain News and designated as one of the nation’s top ten most influential people in real estate in 2005.

In addition to Toll’s achievements in real estate, she’s an avid backpacker, and enjoys cycling, snowboarding and backcountry skiing and hiking.
