Dear Perry & Co. Management,
My wife and I were recently working with one of your agents, Courtney Hamby. I felt that I needed to take the time to let you know the that Ms. Hamby is one of the most professional and well prepared agents that I have worked with in a long time.

My wife and I were exploring a relocation opportunity to the Denver area and Ms. Hamby listened to our requests, and immediately started sending potential homes to us prior to our visit. Once arriving in Denver, Ms. Hamby took the time to put together a binder that included a plan for each day of our searches, area information and the likes. She showed great expertise and understanding of the area as well.

In a day and age where most real estate companies focus on volume and customers that need to “self serve” it was a great pleasure to see a sales professional that took the time to provide good customer service and listen to our needs.

Although our plans are not allowing us to relocate to Denver at this time, I plan to keep Courtney‘s contact information for future reference and would recommend her highly to colleagues and strangers a like.
