I don’t know what it is about Perry and Co., but you guys sell houses! I have tracked this for the past three years and so far, even in this tough market, only once have I staged a home that didn’t sell within 90 days. When I stage for other companies, the average time on market is closer to 6 months. In fact, one time I staged a home for another company and it sold very quickly. I found out that the buyer’s agent was from Perry and Co.
I love staging homes for Perry and Co., because I know that the home will sell relatively quickly and with the least number of delays and issues. Every agent I have ever worked with at Perry is a joy to serve! I highly recommend this fine group of professionals whenever I have an opportunity.
