What's the shadiest thing you saw a real estate agent do?

Well folks, the real estate world really can be the wild west, ain't it? There was this one time, a property dealer showed me a house with a 'lovely pond view'. Turns out, it was a stagnant pool of water breeding mosquitoes! Then, another agent had me tour an 'elegantly aged' house - code for a dilapidated old building that had seen better days. Oh, and who can forget the one who 'accidentally' forgot to mention the house was right next to a noisy train track! The real estate world can be quite an adventure, but remember, it's all part of the fun!
