Perry & Co. is changing the way consumers get real estate information by providing details instantly, through a Quick Response (“QR”) Code, powered by ScanLife, or through our Text Messaging Service, powered by KWKLY. These new technologies not only give buyers instant information, but also assures Sellers that their virtual “brochure boxes” will never be empty and the potential buyer of their home can get all of the current listing information within seconds.


Perry & Co. Denver Colorado Real Estate Professionals hold over 60 Open Houses all over the Metro Denver area for The National Open House Weekend, April 10 & 11, 2010. The company has also just launched its new text messaging (Text “NOW” to 59559) and ScanLife EZCode systems.


MetroList customer feedback indicates that users of PrimeAccess are not fully learning or adopting the new tools due to concerns about high timeshare bills. Customers complain about having to “watch the clock” and feeling pressured to get in and out of the system in order to avoid being billed.


In November 2009, the National Association of Realtors inacted the SFR Designation for Realtors. Perry & Co.’s Annual Client Appreciation Summer Party was a drenching success at the Four Mile Historic Park on the last Thursday of one of the wettest Junes in Colorado history. Over 300 guests donned their raincoats and boots and headed to the oldest park in Denver for a down-home barbeque dinner by The Food Guys, music by Kick’d, and as it turned out, mud!
