At Perry & Co. we have a lot to be thankful for this year… Thankful most of all for our 40 years in real estate and all the great Employees, Realtors & Clients who’ve been with us through the years.

A definite “people person”, Chuck Anderson began working in retail for the Denver Dry Goods department store where he found a talent for listening to his customers. His strong interest in design brought him to real estate where he found his passion and flourished. He considers himself a partner with his clients in finding and selling their homes. His strong repeat and referral business has kept him busy for four decades, and he’s sanguine about today’s market – because he’s seen it all!

This is the 3rd year in a row that heavy rains have tried to crash Perry & Co.’s Annual Client Appreciation Party. Guests and company agents alike were rewarded for not letting the wet weather dampen their party spirits though, as the rain stopped at around 6:30 and held off for the rest of the three hour 40th Anniversary celebration featuring dinner, drinks and calypso music.

The 24×30″ Brochure Sign, conceived and designed by Perry & Co. COO Jon Larrance, incorporates up to three 12×7″ high-resolution, professionally photographed, interior pictures of the home. Additionally, the standard information that is on most property brochures – number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and special features – is included on the new sign as well.

Perry & Co. was started in 1971 when four real estate and insurance agents – Ken Perry, Don Larrance, Ed Talmadge and Ken Grunwald — split off from Bishop-Perry & Co. to continue doing business in Denver, while the rest of the company relocated to do business in Vail. The original downtown office was moved to Cherry Creek in 1976 and continues to be the headquarters.

R. Don Larrance, CEO of Perry & Co. was honored today for his 40 Plus years of consecutive membership in the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) with a surprise celebration at the company’s weekly sales meeting. Barbara Lambert, CEO of the Denver Board of Realtors made the announcement and presented Don with congratulations, appreciation and a 40-year pin from Vicki Cox Golder, President of the National Association of Realtors®. For his 40 Plus years of membership, Don becomes a Realtor Emeritus, a high honor not often bestowed by the NAR.

“One of the great things our sponsorship pays for is the free admission to this event – it’s a great support to the community as a whole. Plus, all proceeds go towards the Gardens’ education programs,” Larrance said. “We are extremely grateful to our sponsors and partners. Perry & Co is a terrific Presenting Sponsor, and the generosity of all of our partners makes this event possible,” said Mary Snyders, Corporate Partnership Manager at Denver Botanic Gardens.
