13,057 people visited the Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals sponsored Pumpkin Harvest Festival at Denver’s Four Mile Historic Park on October 2nd & 3rd, 2010 – breaking the annual event’s previous record from last year by more than 1,300!


This is the second year that Denver’s Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals has been the Title Sponsor of the Four Mile Historic Park Pumpkin Harvest Festival. Many Perry & Co. real estate agents and staff volunteer too because it’s a blast and it’s a great way to see old friends and make some new friends.


On Wednesday December 9, 2009, Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals of Denver, CO had their Annual Company Holiday Party at the Grant-Humphrey’s Mansion. Roughly 80 people were in attendance that night including Perry & Co. Agents, Staff and significant others. Here is a sampling of some of the Potluck dish recipes that made a hit that night.

Perry & Co. Broker Associate Chuck Anderson sits on the Boards for Savio House, the Denver Bridge Club, and the Lions Club of Denver.


Perry & Co.’s Annual Client Appreciation Summer Party was a drenching success at the Four Mile Historic Park on the last Thursday of one of the wettest Junes in Colorado history. Over 300 guests donned their raincoats and boots and headed to the oldest park in Denver for a down-home barbeque dinner by The Food Guys, music by Kick’d, and as it turned out, mud!
