Berkeley seems to be poised to be the next neighborhood in North Denver to make great strides in growth and popularity in the next several years. With its close proximity to such neighborhoods as the Highlands and Sloan’s Lake, a 4.1 mile drive to The Market on Larimer Square, or an easy access to both the I-25 and I-70 corridors puts Berkeley in the perfect spot for being brought into the limelight.


Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals has been selected to join Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (“LeadingRE”) as one of only two privately-held, locally-owned real estate companies representing the Denver metro area. The relationship as a Member Affiliate provides clients of Perry & Co. a world-wide network of real estate brokers and agents who can help sell their property, as well as, assist them in purchasing property elsewhere.


Jon Larrance of Perry & Co. was elected last week to serve as a Director of the Denver Board of Realtors. Jon will be joining Perry & Co. Agent Dave Browning who last year won his spot on the Board in a landslide election.


The Colorado Regents have been especially active in Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, and the Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents, and that fact is reflected in the election of three Colorado Board of Regents members to the 2009 Board of Regents Executive Committee.


When the question was asked, “Did you enjoy the Panel on “The Power of Social Networking” with Victor Lund, Jon Larrance, Jim Walberg, and Bruce Hiatt?” A sampling of the Luxury Real Estate Spring 2009 Retreat attendees surveyed responded… “This was the most informative of the panels for me.”
