Denver, Colorado’s Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals has earned the Website Quality Certification (WQC), presented by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® to member companies that have demonstrated excellence in website design, functionality and execution.

What’s makes a great website? Most of us would answer that it’s finding what we need when we need it, the quicker the better. To quantify that description the Website Quality Certification (WQC) Board from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World uses ten criteria to judge real estate websites and then certify them. Perry & Co. Realtors received a top score and the official WQC certification based on: Usability, Design and Content, Interactivity, Customer Service and Client Respect, Branding and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

The certification comes with descriptions about the website, such as, “The Perry & Co. website is very easy to navigate and helps site visitors easily track were they are.” In addition, “The site loads quickly and correctly in both Firefox & Internet Explorer. And, the “copy is concise and well written with the buyer/seller in mind.” Plus, Perry & Co. received additional praise for its blog.
