Jennifer Schell has been promoted to Managing Broker from her current position of Staff Manager at Perry & Co. She will manage the brokers at all Perry & Co.’s Denver offices helping them with their real estate transactions as well as provide on-going training in sales and contract issues.

Perry & Co. recently welcomed two new broker associates and Realtors®, Audrey Huntzinger, to the Cherry Creek headquarters and Christine Trigg to the DTC Landmark office.


The following quotes have been used in the Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals Weekly Denver Realtor Sales Meeting Agendas. They are included in the weekly agenda in order to motivate company real estate agents and also illustrate the current economic situation in real estate. They are presented together here in chronological order beginning January 4, 2012.


This is the 3rd year in a row that heavy rains have tried to crash Perry & Co.’s Annual Client Appreciation Party. Guests and company agents alike were rewarded for not letting the wet weather dampen their party spirits though, as the rain stopped at around 6:30 and held off for the rest of the three hour 40th Anniversary celebration featuring dinner, drinks and calypso music.


The 24×30″ Brochure Sign, conceived and designed by Perry & Co. COO Jon Larrance, incorporates up to three 12×7″ high-resolution, professionally photographed, interior pictures of the home. Additionally, the standard information that is on most property brochures – number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and special features – is included on the new sign as well.


Perry & Co. was started in 1971 when four real estate and insurance agents – Ken Perry, Don Larrance, Ed Talmadge and Ken Grunwald — split off from Bishop-Perry & Co. to continue doing business in Denver, while the rest of the company relocated to do business in Vail. The original downtown office was moved to Cherry Creek in 1976 and continues to be the headquarters.


Perry & Co. Realtors won top honors for the sales production in the category of offices with 31 to 50 agents as the #1 Office in the Metro Denver area for 2010.


What’s makes a great website? Most of us would answer that it’s finding what we need when we need it, the quicker the better. To quantify that description the Website Quality Certification (WQC) Board from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World uses ten criteria to judge real estate websites and then certify them. Perry & Co. Realtors just received a top score and the official WQC certification based on: Usability, Design and Content, Interactivity, Customer Service and Client Respect, Branding and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).


From searching through closing, and even afterward in follow-up and home inspections, Perry & Co. real estate agent Claire Averill proved her value to us. We achieved all of our goals on schedule and within our budget, and it was due to her commitment to getting it done to our specifications.

In the process, we not only found a great Realtor, but a friend, too. We thank you for all you did for us.


Every year, Perry & Co. Denver Real Estate Professionals hosts a Summer Client Appreciation Party where our agents invite their clients to a special night devoted to them. While the venue has changed over the years – from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, and the Four Mile Historic Park – the Botanic Gardens has turned out to the be the favorite spot. 2010 marked the company’s 10th annual party.
