a$20,000 builder incentive at 2372 S. Humboldt St, priced at $775,000!  The money may be used however the buyer deems important, whether that be for a down payment, to cover pre-paids, or to cover closing costs. A buyer can even use that money towards finishing the large 1500+ sq foot basement!  Blue Sky Development and I will work with any buyer to come up with a creative solution in order to get a buyer into this hip new DU home.   Additionally, any broker bringing a buyer will receive a $2,000 gift card to Cherry Creek Mall!  Who couldn’t use the money this time of year, right?  The successful sale of the home must be completed no later than December 31, 2008.
