Jennifer Schell has been promoted to Managing Broker at Perry & Co.

Jennifer Schell has been promoted to Managing Broker from her current position of Staff Manager at Perry & Co. She will manage the brokers at all Perry & Co.’s Denver offices helping them with their real estate transactions as well as provide on-going training in sales and contract issues.

Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents Announces Election of New Executive Committee Leaders

The Luxury Real Estate Board of Regents announced today that it has elected a dozen new members to the Executive Committee, its leadership body. This committee represents some of the finest brokers in the world. First formed in December 2006, the Executive Committee members act as leaders for real-estate brokers and firms around the world and also guide the Board of Regents program.
