This is the 3rd year in a row that heavy rains have tried to crash Perry & Co.’s Annual Client Appreciation Party. Guests and company agents alike were rewarded for not letting the wet weather dampen their party spirits though, as the rain stopped at around 6:30 and held off for the rest of the three hour 40th Anniversary celebration featuring dinner, drinks and calypso music.


Perry & Co. is just one of many real estate companies hosting open houses this weekend all over the nation to showcase all the great listings that are available to buy right now. We know you’ve heard it before but it’s worth repeating: “There is no better time to consider buying a home than right now!”


The 24×30″ Brochure Sign, conceived and designed by Perry & Co. COO Jon Larrance, incorporates up to three 12×7″ high-resolution, professionally photographed, interior pictures of the home. Additionally, the standard information that is on most property brochures – number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and special features – is included on the new sign as well.


Perry & Co. was started in 1971 when four real estate and insurance agents – Ken Perry, Don Larrance, Ed Talmadge and Ken Grunwald — split off from Bishop-Perry & Co. to continue doing business in Denver, while the rest of the company relocated to do business in Vail. The original downtown office was moved to Cherry Creek in 1976 and continues to be the headquarters.


R. Don Larrance, CEO of Perry & Co. was honored today for his 40 Plus years of consecutive membership in the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) with a surprise celebration at the company’s weekly sales meeting. Barbara Lambert, CEO of the Denver Board of Realtors made the announcement and presented Don with congratulations, appreciation and a 40-year pin from Vicki Cox Golder, President of the National Association of Realtors®. For his 40 Plus years of membership, Don becomes a Realtor Emeritus, a high honor not often bestowed by the NAR.

Realtors just received a top score and the official WQC certification based on: Usability, Design and Content, Interactivity, Customer Service and Client Respect, Branding and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).


Denver Colorado’s Perry & Co. has been nominated for Marketing Excellence Awards under the categories of New Media Usage and Company Brand Advertising for real estate brokerages with 51 – 200 associates that are members of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.


The homes in University Park are very diverse. Over the last year, the least expensive home was $200,000 while the most expensive home was $1.4 million. During the same time period, the average home price was $693,000 and the median price was $765,000. University Park is quickly becoming a luxury neighborhood as older homes are razed in favor of brand new, larger, more expensive homes.
