I like the new mission statement – however I am told that one needs to boil down their message to less than seven words. What I really like about this mission statement is: “… creating a unique customer experience, one which emphasizes extraordinary service…” – or in seven words – Creating unique customer experiences emphasizing extraordinary service! That is the essence of Perry & Co.’s mission and quite the top down message from ownership to luxury real estate clients and P&C management!

We do have a “mantra” if you will… It’s “Selling Friends Homes.” Our mantra is based upon the fact that, year-in and year-out, over 80% of our real estate business comes from referrals from past clients and friends. We believe this statistic is largely unrivaled in the industry – other companies are always dumbfounded when they compare their 20-40% to our number. Thus, our “extraordinary customer service” creates trust and therefore friendships. And if you weren’t friends with your Perry & Co. agent before your experience with them… you will be afterwards!
