Living in the Rosedale neighborhood is one thing; telling people where it is – is quite another thing altogether!  I find myself putting on my realtor hat and describing the very technical boundaries when people ask where I live – Broadway to Downing and Evans to Yale – but even that raises eyebrows and leaves people scratching their heads.  I tend to blend it in with Platt Park, relating it to Sushi Den, but that really doesn’t do it justice – so I’m here to set the record straight, in true Matt Lauer style!

Ok, to begin, where in the world IS Rosedale?  Well, I gave you the parameters above, but here are some facts about Rosedale which most people don’t know!

The shining star of our neighborhood is Harvard Gulch Park.  This park, which covers 57 acres, is home to a community garden, a recreation center, an outdoor swimming pool, a playground, a football field, a running track, and a 9-hole golf course!  Kunming Park is another beautiful park located at Grant and Vassar.  Sitting on top of the hill, with amazing mountain and city views, this park offers neighbors and passersby a wonderful glimpse of “why we live in Colorado!”

Real estate in Rosedale has also become more and more desirable.  There are numerous new single-family homes, duplexes and triplexes peppering the Gina Cornelisonhorizon in the neighborhood now, giving potential buyers the opportunity to live close to a terrific park system, as well as enjoy stunning mountain views, a safe neighborhood, and great proximity to shops and restaurants!  Nearby we have Safeway, Gennaro’s, Bistro One, Pasquini’s, Spicy Pickle, and more!  Call me if you’d like more information on the neighborhood, the park or on any of the stunning properties listed for sale right now.  Gina Cornelison 303-520-0128.
