Jon Larrance, Vice President of Perry & Co. is now adding Director of Relocation Services to his list of responsibilities at the locally-owned and operated real estate company. Recently invited and accepted into the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World referral network, Perry & Co. has expanded their relocation services to clients, including a department set up to help clients buy and sell their real estate in Denver and throughout the world. In addition, the department will assist clients with ancillary needs, such as moving services, schools, and other important client needs. Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals is a leader among Denver real estate companies with over 84% of all their sales comings from referrals and a higher-than-average residential sale of over $500,000. Jon Larrance also serves on the Board of Directors of the Denver Board of Realtors.
