The Hudson Gardens concert venue is one of the best for kicking back and listening to some great tunes. Surrounded by beautiful scenery with flowers, sculptures and the Platte River.
The concert we recently went to see was Super Diamond, a cover band that sings songs written by Neil Diamond. Even though it rained most of the show, we put on our rain coats, put up our umbrellas, and raised our hands to sing along with the band. Take a look at the concert line up - they have two different concerts during the 4th of July weekend with fireworks and many more throughout the summer. Christy will be heading there on July 3rd to see the band America take the stage.
So grab your blanket or lawn chair, a picnic lunch and your umbrella (in case of showers) and enjoy Hudson Garden’s summer concert line up, they truly do have lots of great concerts to offer. Other concerts coming up this summer include: Rick Springfield, The Spinners, Eddie Money, The Turtles, Marshall Tucker Band, Little River Band & Peter Cetera.
Not only do they cater to concerts; they host many weddings, gardens events and social gatherings. During the winter months the gardens are decorated with lights for you to stroll through and enjoy the winter fun. Behind the gardens, you will find a bike path that runs along the Platte River. Make sure to stop at Café Hudson to grab a bite to eat, cup of coffee or that cold drink on a hot summer’s day.
