Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals unveils a new way to display properties in their high-traffic Denver retail locations. The new Collector Cards are equipped with state-of-the-art in technology QR Codes to assist tech-savvy homebuyers with their buying experience.

Everyone knows that over 90% of prospective home buyers go to the Internet to begin their home search process because it’s easy to search for homes by price and location – the two key criteria for home selection. At Perry & Co., we took that concept and made it work in real-time 3D on our showcase walls!

Each of the company’s listings is presented on a 4.5 x 8.5 card with a large price headline, followed by the address, neighborhood and city. Two photos on the front along with the important information such as number of bathrooms and bedrooms and listing agent contact information give prospective homebuyers the most critical info in a glance.

We wanted to be able to give our walk-in customers an opportunity to visually see our entire inventory in an organized manner. “A wall of listing brochures can be daunting and before, people didn’t feel like they could take one,” said Dagley Arnold, a Perry & Co. real estate agent who offices at our Cherry Creek North retail office. “Now we hope visitors will easily be able to visually sort the inventory and take as many ‘Property Trading Cards’ as they like.

Of course, additional information on all the properties is available on-line with over 25 photos and neighborhood, surrounding community and school information. In fact, each trading card includes a ScanLife EZ QR Code on the back that when scanned takes the consumer directly to a perryandco.com Search Results page for more homes in the same price range. The QR Code also allows the consumer to quickly set a showing and/or to easily locate the Perry & Co. Fan Page on Facebook. Each Perry & Co. retail office is always staffed with knowledgeable Realtors who can fill in the fine details on any of the company’s listings, as well as, offer information on all listings available through the Greater Denver Metro area.

We want people to be able to come in and feel free to look around and help themselves. The cards are printed in-house on recyclable paper to make the process as green as possible while still providing an important function,” said Perry & Co.’s Director of Marketing Lorrie Grillo.
