Congratulations to Heather Parness, Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals’ President & Managing Broker on her recognition as one of Denver’s Top Business Newsmakers in the Denver Business Journal’s Power Book Awards!

The Denver Business Journal’s Power Book recently recognized top ten business newsmakers in thirteen business categories. The Power Book looks at business leaders who deserve recognition for their accomplishments in the unique economic challenges faced in today’s economy. Heather Parness, President & Managing Broker, was recognized in the Top Ten Real Estate category in a group comprised of real estate brokers and companies, home builders, an energy-efficient developer, a foreclosure hotline company, as well as, Denver’s top city planner. “What an honor to be included with these amazing people who do such great work in our city,” said Parness.

Home builder, John Waggoner, President of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group Central was named the winner in this category for his company’s successful takeover of Village Homes in 2009.

Parness became Managing Broker for Perry & Co. in September 2009 and was named President in June 2010. She is active in the Young Presidents’ Organization and several real estate trade groups.
