Perry & Co. welcomes two new broker associates with international experience
Perry & Co. recently welcomed two new broker associates and Realtors®, Audrey Huntzinger, to the Cherry Creek headquarters and Christine Trigg to the DTC Landmark office. “Audrey and Christine bring an international savvy to our brokerage. Both have lived abroad and understand the process involved in making a move to another country and coming home again,” said Jon Larrance, COO & Relocation Director of Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals. Audrey has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, the South Pacific and Canada while Christine lived in Spain and is fluent in Spanish. “As Denver becomes an international hub for business and tourism, it’s so important to work with brokers who have a global perspective. Audrey and Christine broaden our horizons and bring unique skills to their clients; we’re thrilled to have them join us,” Larrance continued.
Having lived all over the world, Audrey Huntzinger knows what it is to move family and belongings from one place to another. She is prepared to help clients ask the additional important questions when thinking about making a move. “What about school and medical care? Where are the good restaurants and groovy places to hang out? Where can I practice yoga or play tennis? How will I make friends? These are the questions I asked myself and I want to make sure my clients think about all aspects of their move, too,” says Audrey. She understands that making a move – whether it’s across town or from overseas – is a process, not just a transaction, and she focuses on helping clients with the transition. Her love of architecture and her design degree help her to key into the type of home and neighborhood to suit her clients’ personalities and style.
Years of international negotiations have given Christine Trigg the skills to look for, and create, mutual understanding between all parties. Her background translates beautifully to real estate, and she uses these skills to ensure that her clients arrive successfully at the closing table. The hallmarks of Christine’s service are her ability to build rapport with all types of people, her ingenuity, and the ability to recognize and meet her client’s needs. Christine speaks fluent Spanish and looks forward to working with clients who, while comfortable speaking conversational English will also appreciate understanding contractual information if their native tongue is Spanish. “¡Dígame cómo puedo ayudarle! Las transacciones de bienes raíces pueden ser intimidantes. Tengo muchos años de experiencia en negociaciones bilingües y te puedo aconsejar en cada paso del camino,” says Christine.
