Claire Averill a leading REALTOR with Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals has been recognized by the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (SMDRA) as a 2013 Diamond Circle Club Member. SMDRA held its second annual Diamond Circle Awards celebration on Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center.


Perry & Co. recently welcomed two new broker associates and Realtors®, Audrey Huntzinger, to the Cherry Creek headquarters and Christine Trigg to the DTC Landmark office.


It’s the waiting that can be hard for sellers. Counseling patience with sellers in today’s market was the topic in an article in March/April 2012 issue of The Residential Specialist, the magazine published for real estate brokers who have completed their coursework as Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). Karen was recently asked to chime in on how she works with her sellers when their homes haven’t sold.
