Letter of Praise For Perry & Co. Denver Realtor Eric Grauberger

20Nov11

The following Letter of Commendation was sent to Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals regarding Eric Grauberger’s efforts in helping Mr. & Mrs. Engel sell their old home then find, and buy, a perfect new home in Denver.

Dear Managing Broker of Perry & Co.,

I’m writing to you today to sing the praises of our realtor and friend, Eric Grauberger. He sold our home of 40 years last spring and we closed Friday on our new home. It has been a long process for us, but we know that we were very lucky to have Eric on our team.

There is no way to describe our level of appreciation to him for his hard work on our behalf. He is absolutely the most professional person we have ever worked with. This was a difficult and emotional move for us. We were very much out of our comfort zone. Eric understood our unique situation and smoothed over all the rough edges. We were always assured that our needs were a top priority for him. Phone calls and emails were returned immediately. All questions were answered. I don’t know how we would have been able to move out of our family home without his continued guidance. Once we sold our home (he sold it in 43 days), we began the process of looking for a new one. Not once did Eric lose patience with us… but kept pursuing, always staying in touch and understanding our needs. And, of course, he found us the perfect place. We are so thrilled to finally be moving into our new home.

Many thanks to Perry & Co. and to Eric for his continued support. We will always be grateful.

Sincerely,
Barbara & Steve Engel
