The castle-like house built in 1892 for Robert H. Biegel on High Street a few blocks east of City Park may or may not have been designed by William Lang (Molly Brown House fame)… but Perry & Co. Denver Realtor Dave Browning says it has points in that favor.


Jon Larrance of Perry & Co. was elected last week to serve as a Director of the Denver Board of Realtors. Jon will be joining Perry & Co. Agent Dave Browning who last year won his spot on the Board in a landslide election.
