This is the 3rd year in a row that heavy rains have tried to crash Perry & Co.’s Annual Client Appreciation Party. Guests and company agents alike were rewarded for not letting the wet weather dampen their party spirits though, as the rain stopped at around 6:30 and held off for the rest of the three hour 40th Anniversary celebration featuring dinner, drinks and calypso music.

Perry & Co. was started in 1971 when four real estate and insurance agents – Ken Perry, Don Larrance, Ed Talmadge and Ken Grunwald — split off from Bishop-Perry & Co. to continue doing business in Denver, while the rest of the company relocated to do business in Vail. The original downtown office was moved to Cherry Creek in 1976 and continues to be the headquarters.

“One of the great things our sponsorship pays for is the free admission to this event – it’s a great support to the community as a whole. Plus, all proceeds go towards the Gardens’ education programs,” Larrance said. “We are extremely grateful to our sponsors and partners. Perry & Co is a terrific Presenting Sponsor, and the generosity of all of our partners makes this event possible,” said Mary Snyders, Corporate Partnership Manager at Denver Botanic Gardens.

An army of parent and student volunteers transformed this Denver Public school from an ECE-5th grade elementary school to the spooky spider, vampire and ghoul filled Steck Manor. From the grand entrance which was designed to look like it needed a bit of curb appeal, to the haunted inhabitants, over 1000 visitors were thrilled by this elementary age appropriate haunted house.

13,057 people visited the Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals sponsored Pumpkin Harvest Festival at Denver’s Four Mile Historic Park on October 2nd & 3rd, 2010 – breaking the annual event’s previous record from last year by more than 1,300!

This is the second year that Denver’s Perry & Co. Real Estate Professionals has been the Title Sponsor of the Four Mile Historic Park Pumpkin Harvest Festival. Many Perry & Co. real estate agents and staff volunteer too because it’s a blast and it’s a great way to see old friends and make some new friends.

Every year, Perry & Co. Denver Real Estate Professionals hosts a Summer Client Appreciation Party where our agents invite their clients to a special night devoted to them. While the venue has changed over the years – from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, and the Four Mile Historic Park – the Botanic Gardens has turned out to the be the favorite spot. 2010 marked the company’s 10th annual party.
